Returns and Exchange Policy

At Everything Nice Embroidery, we take great pride in creating personalised embroidered items that are handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Each product is unique and tailored to your specific requirements. As a result, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items, as they are specially made for you and cannot be resold.

Quality Assurance:

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet or exceed their expectations. Before shipment, all personalised items undergo a thorough quality assurance process to ensure accuracy in embroidery, as well as the overall craftsmanship of the product. If, however, you receive an item with a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our absolute best to revolve the issue for you.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect personalised item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. To initiate the replacement process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at everythingniceembroidery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a clear photo of the defect or error, and a brief description of the issue.

  • We will assess the information provided and guide you through the return and replacement process.

    Cancellation Policy:

    As each personalised item is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of confirming the design for your order. After this time frame, cancellations will not be possible, and the order will proceed to production.

    Order Changes:

    Once an order is placed, we will be in touch with a design for you to confirm. Changes to the personalisation details of the design or product specifications cannot be made once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

    Refunds:

    Refunds will only be issued in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part that cannot be rectified through replacement. Refunds are not applicable for personalised items due to their unique nature. By placing an order with Everything Nice Embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Returns and Exchange Policy.
