Turn around time for most of our products is approximately 1-2 weeks once a deposit is received. This may vary depending on our workload at the time. Please note turn around time for our soap range is 3-4 weeks depending on the style and quantity required.

 

Postage timing is not guaranteed as transportation delays may occur, and these are out of our control once posted. However, we aim to get our products to you as quickly as we can.

For delivery within Australia we provide the option of standard or express post. All parcels are sent via Australia Post and a tracking number is provided to allow you to track the delivery of your purchases.

International postage is  ent via Air Mail. Tracking is also available for this service. Prices and timing will vary depending on the country. Please contact us for a quote and estimated time of arrival. 

 

Please note we can ship to homes, businesses, PO Boxes, hospitals etc. Please specify this in your order. 

 

To value the safety of your bear all of our packages are sent in sealed postage bags.

Postage costs will differ depending on the number of items and their combined weight. A final cost will be provided to you once your items have been added to the cart and you progress through the checkout.
